Our Events
We run a mix of online and in-person gatherings for people living with BPD, and separate sessions for families, partners and carers. Every event follows our community guidelines so that everyone feels safe, respected and heard.
What We Run
- Peer support circles: small, facilitated groups where you can share as much or as little as you like.
- Skills workshops: practical sessions on topics such as mindfulness, managing intense emotions and communicating needs.
- Carer and family evenings: information and connection for the people who support someone with BPD.
- Guest talks: conversations with clinicians, researchers and people with lived experience.
- Awareness events: community activities to reduce stigma and build understanding of BPD.

Community Guidelines
- Treat everyone with kindness and respect.
- What is shared in the group stays in the group.
- Share from your own experience and avoid giving medical advice.
- Avoid graphic descriptions of self-harm or suicide, so the space stays safe for everyone.
- Our events are peer support, not crisis care. If you need urgent help, call 000 or Lifeline on 13 11 14.
