Governance and Organisational Development Committee 

The role of The Governance and Organisational Committee is to oversee the development and maturity of governance and governance functions with BPD Community.

This includes in such areas as:

• Recruitment, retention and training of staff
• Internal controls systems
• Policies, procedures, processes and frameworks
• Risk Management and compliance
• Organisational strategic planning
• Activities of the ALSO Group (a subset learning group)

Short term goal/s: consolidation and translation of the principles of BPD Community to practical application: sustainability.
